Raise the Bar is a mother/daughter owned and operated home bakery specializing in bar-shaped desserts.

The idea was born on the hiking trail. We wanted something you could tuck in a pocket and eat anywhere
— so everything became a bar.

Every month we bake our staple, a seasonal flavor, and a chef's choice, and bring them to our pop-up tent at varrying locations on the second Sunday of each month.
